My reason is simple. If it 'aint broke then don't fix it. VB had a gradual improvement path from the original to VB6. VB.net, on the otherhand, is a complete departure from VB6. You can't migrate from VB6 without buying the expensive package and then it is very time consuming. I can do everything I want with VB6 so why should I fork over big bucks for .net? And have to start over learning a new language?
