[TUT] Starting With VB2008 For Beginners

1. Install VB2008 Express Edition here . " Visual Basic 2008 Express Edition is FREE "

2. Open VB2008 Express Editing and click New Project.

3. Choose Windows Forms Application and click Ok. You are now ready to start!



4. Now lets create a Hello World program. Add 1 Label and 1 Button.

Change the Button text
for "Click Here". To change the text. Go Into the Button's properties and scroll down until you see the "Text".


5. Double click on the Button and type this code:

Code:

Label1.text = "Hello World!"

6. Now press F5 or click the Green Arrow.
